I am married, a mother of five children, three bonus children, and a grandmother to five grandchildren. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, I became a mother at 15 and had three children by the time I turned 19.

Throughout my journey, I have overcome abusive and toxic relationships and have had to rebuild my self-confidence. I realized that what happened to me was less important than how I felt about myself, which initially trapped me in the mindset that I deserved the mistreatment. In 2004, I moved to Green Bay, WI, to provide a healthier lifestyle for my children and myself. Since then, I have pursued my passion for helping women achieve their goals and renew their mindsets for a fulfilling life.

My mission is to help women realize their greatest potential and grow into the best versions of themselves. As a dedicated advocate for women's empowerment, I draw from my two decades of experience in human services. Personally acquainted with the challenges of teenage parenting, navigating toxic relationships, domestic abuse, mental hurdles, and sexual assault, I intimately understand the complexities of overcoming trauma.

In the course of my transformative journey, I have successfully rebuilt myself, turning my pain into power. As a Certified Life Coach and the CEO and founder of GoGirl! Life Coaching, LLC, I aim to equip women with essential tools for self-development. Additionally, I serve as the Founder and Executive Director of You! Inc., a non-profit platform where I channel my passion and resources toward young adult women aged 18-24 and teenage mothers.

I firmly believe in the transformative power of healing women, recognizing its profound impact on the broader community. My commitment to this philosophy is evident in my unwavering efforts to provide women with the skills and support necessary for personal growth and empowerment. Embracing the slogan "Be Brave, Be You" for GoGirl Life Coaching, I acknowledge the challenges posed by social media and other distractions. I believe that being brave enough to be oneself and recognizing one's worth is crucial. My ultimate goal is for women to help other women navigate the journey of becoming their best selves, one step at a time.
